Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID sending as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to site directly and we conduct an on-line check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
Transportation:
20 years' experience in moving vehicles using our own open & enclosed trailers. Provided by our fully employed staff using fully Insured transporters.
- We collect at a time and place convenient with yourself and deliver the vehicle safely at our site.
- Benefit from a higher level of communication provided by the facility directly.
- Enclosed or open trailers are both covered by our Comprehensive Insurance.
We can arrange collection directly from the City of London (Centre +£120 Inc Vat), on top of the mileage rate, or anywhere around the M25 ring road.
In extreme cases: when a car is not accessible by transport trailer (Central London), we can arrange for our own employed staff member to personally drive it back.
Car Maintenance:
Operated and run by a fully qualified mechanic for over 20 years including storage.
- Vehicles can be maintained with a battery conditioner.
- Dust cover is provided.
- Option for a 60-day car roll to help prevent flat spotting,
increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
- Option for a 60-day regulation of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components.
- Gentle run-on private land to warm-up the engine, gearbox and oil coolants.
Car Care package above including trickle charge electric and gentle car run on private land (if requested) is INCLUDED in the price.
Collection & Drop-Off:
For long term car storage customers we are happy to provide a free lift to the closest tube/rail station.
We can provide a free local lift to a home or workplace too.
Airport concierge service to and from Stansted or Heathrow airport is available should you be going abroad for a period of time.
Service & Mot:
Stored cars can be taken for their scheduled service & Mot's should you not have time to complete this.
